It's not in the student's interests to fork out hundreds or thousands of pounds for exams when enrolling on a course. Consistent and systematic learning, coupled with quality exam simulation software is what will really see you through.

You should only consider training programs that lead to industry acknowledged qualifications. There's a plethora of trainers offering unknown 'in-house' certificates which aren't worth the paper they're printed on in the real world. All the major IT organisations like Microsoft, Adobe, CompTIA or Cisco each have globally acknowledged proficiency courses. These big-hitters can make sure you stand out at interview.
